Excellent point. We should not be going out on social media saying that we support the Internet Bill of Rights.

Instead we should be saying that Congress needs to give us an Internet Bill of Rights that will protect Free Speech (1st A Rights).

We are not asking people for support!!!

We ARE asking people for ACTION. Congress has the power to make the laws and we want them to ACT and give us a clear playing field that protects the people's right to free speech.

What's the point? Anyone who can recognize it does not need a list.

And the people who can't tell who is challenging an IBOR are of no use to us on this board.

Besides, the clowns would just pervert a list and use it against us.

In other words, the laws of "common carrier" need to be updated once again. They were created back in the days of freight carriers moving physical packages. Then AT&T came along with the telephone network and they were updated once again for telecoms. But now the Internet is kind of a virtual information layer on top of the telecoms networks and we need laws to make it clear that Free Speech applies here too.

It would be nice if an Internet Bill of Rights would clarify that all of the Bill of Rights applies to the virtual world of the Internet and any other similar technology for humans to communicate over.

But Congress is the one who makes the laws. So we need to explain this on social media to get a groundswell of support directing Congress to fix this issue.

The underlying goal is to get both the public and Congress used to this way of working. They are directed by the people, not by monopoly corporations, not by paid lobbyists.

What is the point of this list. This is useless. You are simply guessing.

If you want to seriously work on finding the 43 markers then you should start a new thread and do it there.

To date you have not even proved that you are able to correctly identify even one of these things.

You have been posting this list for several days now. Nobody understands it. Clowns and pelicans use the same tactic of posting some bullshit gobbledygook every day. Why should anyone pay attention to you?

If you can't explain what you have then you have NOTHING!!!
