Can you not discern yet who is or is not a patriot? List's should make you uncomfortable…after all…we could at some point in time ALL make a list, we would not consider advantageous.
Best to figure out who is who based upon your own intuition and experience and not fall into the very trap you think to set for someone else.

This Amendment…in case you haven't noticed…answers to you. You can use it to make sure company's respect your rights in the courts if a simple letter explaining to them, private company or not, they either tell people they only service progressive communist/socialist ideals, or … they must let all express their ideals or opinions protected under the First Amendment.
