AMEN!!! Preach it brother!

Jury Nullification! Learn It! Fucking USE IT!

The jury needs to learn to tell the Judge where to stick it when he writes instructions. He's the ref, not the boss. The Jury is the boss.

Guys, Q…

What about the free market? Can we have one of those for a change?

You know, when twitter shadowbans people and youtube deletes people, the people are pissed off, and go someplace else or build someplace else. TW and YT go broke….? No? wont work? Why? I did for a long time in other industries…

Ok, i can see that.

IBOR still isn't needed. BOR covers it. Legalese is the only reason it wouldn't and that should be done away with. IBOR is a symptom of the problem it solves itself when the root corruption is removed from the existing system. Its not needed. Just another fuse in a circuit of fuses. Sure, today, right now, something to hold tw and yt accountable for what they are doing…yea, need that! That being said, they are private companies. Its against our religion to have the govt tell pvt companies how to run their business. I don't want to trample the constitution to save it.

#1 covered by existing 1st

#2 covered by existing 4th

#3 covered by your wallet, governement shall not have the power to hand out tech they didn't produce, that's wealth redistribution.

#4 covered by a different ISP that doesn't do that.

#5 unnecessary

Yup!! you got it man! nailed me big time!

I'm not to the point of against or for IBOR yet. What I"m doing with the other anons on this board who are willing is called healthy debate. We used to do this when we discussed how to proceed with things back in the day, i guess that's not in favor here today? Agree with me or GTFO? Well, ok. if that's how ya want it.

#3

That's a rub I didn't know. My solution doesn't solve that. Same with #4. My solution doesn't fix that issue either. Treating them as utilities and letting free market drive the tech seems to me the solutions if corruption could be held in check.

Ok, cool, I see where you're going.

Trusting the plan, ok, can I ask for an addendum to said plan?

Since I don't know what IBOR will look like, and knowing that once a thing like IBOR is created and instituted it's really hard to remove. Can we then state that once the Plan is complete, a mandatory review of all laws, IBOR'S and other such statutes and regulations be suspended pending a constitutionality test. If they pass the test, and they worked, they stay. Otherwise, they go. That cool too? Kinda a spare tire thing.

Ty ty and this anon brings up a point

What did the founders do after they won the war?

Quit and go home? No, the hardest part, actually putting money where their mouths where and talking about, debating and arguing about the constitution. Actually working on the new government they won the freedom to create. We will have to do that too to a point. Thankfully the foundation and the framework is still in place to use.
