How about this for our IBOR; We the people, hereby declare that our 1st Amendment right to free speech be adopted as our Internet Bill Of Rights, as well. Free speech for all, according the the 1st Amendment, for the United States of America. (I'm just thinking outloud here).

Exactly. For that matter, if our 1A rights were enforced across the internet, he would already have been fined/prosecuted. Why couldn't that happen? Speech is speech, whether spoken, written or filmed, etc.

That's exactly true that we are being forced to adhere to the EU laws of the internet. Our 1A right should be extended to us on the internet for the USA, not freaking Europe.

Yes. That is the simplest, fastest way to get this done. Stop operating under the EU laws of the Internet & give us our Constitutional rights back in the USA.
