MAJOR: Ukrainian Elections to be ‘Closed Off’ from International Observers

BERLIN – The authorities of Ukraine have just announced their refusal to accredit Germans as observers to the upcoming elections, including many representatives of the political party “Die Linke”. This was revealed this morning, Monday, March 4th, by the head of Die Linke (The Left) party in the Kvakenbrück parliament, Andreas Maurer.

“Accreditation of public and state observers is very tough and slow. There is no support from Ukraine for observers from Germany to take part, ” Maurer said.

According to Maurer, Ukraine fears that among the representatives from Germany, German politicians and social activists with a pro-Russian stance may come to the polls.

On February 28th, a law Ukrainian law banning Russian observers from taking part in elections in Ukraine came into force . The decree was signed by President Petro Poroshenko. From the perspective that Ukraine considers Russia to be an ‘aggressor’ state, this makes sense. However, at the same time, the banning of Russian observers runs contrary to the OSCE rules, to which both Russia and Ukraine are parties to.

Critics charge that Poroshenko wants is a ‘sham’ election that is simply rubber-stamped by the U.S, as the EU grows closer to Russia on the subject of resolving the conflict Ukraine, and a return to normality.

At the same time, Russia has refused to send people in the OSCE mission for security reasons and questioned the transparency of the vote. While the OSCE is nominally neutral, and was established originally after the collapse of the USSR as an organization trumpeted as that which would replace both NATO and the Warsaw Pact, it has instead worked by and large as a wing of the Atlantic Council and NATO, but with nominal Russian representation. Russia has previously been able to establish that the OSCE was embedded with Atlanticist intelligence operates who used the cover of the OSCE to relay information on the positions of the DPR and LPR militias.

Nevertheless, in the OSCE, Kiev was reminded that the refusal to accredit Russians would violate the standards of the organization.

Israel closes Gaza border blocking aid transfers

Israel today closed Gaza’s main commercial crossing to all good except fuel, local sources reported.

Israel has increased its targeting of the besieged Gaza Strip over the past few days, striking sites in the enclave causing damage to property.

It claims the closure of the Kerem Shalom (Karm Abu Salem) crossing is in response what it calls incendiary balloons which exploded in the air and caused no damage to Israel yesterday.

Occupation forces regularly block access to the Gaza crossings as a means of controlling the Palestinian population. In July Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Kerem Shalom would be closed if kite and balloon launchers continued with their activity.

Gaza ran out of cooking gas as a result of the Israeli closure of the crossing days later.

Is This Legal? Official Copies Of The Mueller Report Are Being Sold Online, And The Release Date Listed Is “March 26”

Can this possibly be legal? Somebody apparently thinks so, because copies of the Mueller report are being offered for sale online right now, and according to the pre-order announcement the release date is going to be “March 26”. As a former attorney, I have no idea how anyone can legally do this. As I have documented previously, when Mueller is done with his report he is supposed to submit it to Attorney General William Barr, and then it will be up to Barr to determine how much of the report, if any, will be made available to the public. I suppose that it is possible that Barr has already agreed to release the full report to the public at the end of this month, but I find it difficult to believe that it would have been kept so quiet. To me, something is not right about all of this.

Earlier today, I was shocked to hear that the Mueller Report was being offered for sale online, and so I decided to check it out for myself.

And sure enough, you can find it listed on Amazon.com for $9.37 right here. “Robert S. Mueller III” is listed as an author, “Special Counsel’s Office U.S. Department of Justice” is listed as an author, and the listing tells us that the introduction will be written by attorney Alan Dershowitz.

So has Dershowitz already seen the report? If not, did he write his introduction without access to it?

And as I noted earlier, a March 26th release date is listed for this report. That is a major bombshell, because it appears to confirm that the Mueller Report is officially coming out this month.

In fact, the description for the book tells us that the report has been completed and has already been submitted to Attorney General William Barr…

Now, the wait is over. Mueller, a lifelong Republican, has concluded his investigation and submitted its findings to Attorney General William Barr. The Mueller investigation will join Watergate, and the Mueller Report will join the 9/11 Commission Report, the Warren Report, and the Starr Report, as one of the most important in history.
