Anon. Don't ignore the elephant in the room. If you think that the Mueller report has been leaked somehow, think again. Would Q or POTUS allow such a leak? More likely, any leaks associated with Mueller's report are disinfo designed to entrap the DS. While, as you say, the DS is onto phase 2 and prepared to move on from the Mueller Report dud, perhaps Mueller's report isn't a dud at all. Perhaps Mueller's report is the long awaited MOAB? It is certainly possible.
