My guess is they probably won't, not in any major manner at least. Even if those books are legit and not disinformation to mislead normies (I doubt Bezos would let actual pro-Q books get that kind of ranking) the msm won't address it beyond the few hit-piece news articles they already do. Anything more would just bring more attention to the Q movement and further legitimize it to the public. The last thing they want is MORE people looking into who/what Q is and potentially hopping on board the train.
