POTUS veto's it.

Goes to Supreme Court.

Roberts sides w libs and it gets shot down - Court declares blah, blah, blah POTUS can't do this or that without Congressional approval.

Military still builds the wall. POTUS still builds the wall. National Emergency had nothing to do whether or not wall gets built.

Future National Emergency's by future POTUS still a big no thanks to 2019 ruling.

GEOTUS gets his wall and rolls back future POTUS power - No chance in hell Dem's can declare National Emergency's for "climate change" or "gun control" or whatever other lunatic idea they may have - if they ever take control back.

All the power the Executive Branch slowly gained over the last 40 years gets rolled back big time.
