simply saying the famefag's that jumped on that bandwagon took their (you's) from Q, posted them to social media. They wanted to show everyone un-anonymously that they got a pat on the head from Q, in turn elevating them above the rest of us mere mortals, instead of taking pride in a job well done and remaining anonymous. hope that makes sense.

Questions I have are:

1) Whose idea was it to write this book?

2) Who/how were these people chosen to represent the QAnon movement; outside the obvious that they are all famefags / youtubers

3) How was this organized, what kind of time frame and how long has this been in the works?

No shit did you read what I wrote? He was accused of being one of the "Q" originators during a shill fest debacle. His wife on Twitter basically responded to that accusation that he was not Q, then Pam replied that he was no where smart enough to make this "Q LARP".
