This is a bit of a stretch but I keep running into places where they are arguing/discussing the point that the Royals and other Elites are blood drinking Reptiles. Sounds crazy, but I keep thinking about what Q said:

And other Q statements about these people worshiping Molock. And then with all the Baby killing and drinking of the blood. And "These people are Sick" comments.
