So I am pretty sure I have found how to get the “roll” / footage from the STOU.

I have the form and I am in the process to getting the footage, but

as I don't live in the U.S. It will take a couple of weeks at this point.

I will be calling again tomorrow to see if it can be sped up anyway.

If anyone lives in DC or any part of the U.S. It seem you just have to request

the footage and they will mail it to you or you can pick it up.

There is an option for emailing a FTP as well.

Not sure if there is a specific part of the footage we are looking for.

Any detail on that would be great. My plan is to just get the whole STOU address.

So the fastest way I think we could get this , would be someone that lives in DC.
