What money is spent at the McCain Institute seems to go to the ASU Foundation.
Should we be strolling through their 990s?
Is it the ASU Foundation laundering the money or is it the money that remain unspent and probably tied up in investments that we should be looking at?
Just as I suspected. As of August 17, 2015, McCain Institute Foundation's 990 revealed it had 8.7 million dollars in assets. It made one contribution to the ASU Foundation for the amount of 1.5 million dollars which funded the McCain Institute for International Leadership.

On the bright side, they do have one hell of an investment portfolio . . . just no charity. Oh and the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia contributed $1 million that year. Where have we seen that before?
