(((GOTLIEB))) had a major financial interest in a company that developed a synthetic Kratom. However, it would never be a viable product as long as the natural plant was available. SO, (((GOTLIEB))) used his position at the FDA to pressure the DEA to ban Kratom! It got ugly. They started holding shipments, doing all kinds of squirrely things to vendors, and harassing people. The nationwide ban effort failed. Then (((GOTLIEB))) using fake and junk science started pressuring the states to ban it individually. He's been a very very busy beaver.

I've used Ktom for years now for intractable pain, it is the only thing that gives me zero side effects but total pain relief. This plant is a member of the coffee family, it is NOT an opiod. I cannot take opiods at all, and in y case long term use of prescription drugs would have either made me an addict or ruined my organs.

6 years, same dose twice a day (1 tsp) and an additional dose if things are horrible. I was genuinely horrified that (((GOTLIEB))) was going to get away with it. The AKS has grown huge as more and more Americans switch from harmful NASAIDs and opiods.

I sincerely hope that when POTUS appoints a new FDA head, he makes it clear to them to leave our plant medicines alone! I am currently having more success on a "natural" chemo than a friend is on that poison shit. They know…my friend's treatment is going to be over a million plus, mine? Maybe 60 bucks total. SRSLY.

Please don't make me into a felon for merely using a plant that gives me amazing pain relief with ZERO side effects. (((GOTLIEB))) wanted to make it schedule 1….a felony. my vendor has been one under attack, the payment methods stopped letting them take credit cards etc and one of their shipments got snagged causing my price to rise from 75kg to 150kg. Needless to say I'm hating on the FDA.

My vendor tests each batch for molds and impurities and posts the lab results on their website. I'm afraid to mention them on here which would bring further trouble…just in case.

the one thing I do agree with is regulating the extractions. the 50x extractions are only useful for ONE thing…for addicts not trying to get clean and who can't get heroin, they can use the high extract kratom to keep their edge. I couldn't even fathom taking that much…

You can grow it, but it's a tree that grows in Indonesia and Thailand so ….it's not like weed. My vendor buys from sellers that only use sustainable production methods…and yes, with the crushed leaf or the powder a person could make their own reductions. It's the gas station crap (that I wouldn't touch with a 20 foot pole) that is causing the issues….because those makers know that addicts will buy from gas or head shops in a pinch. One maker was lacing their kratom tablets with just enough fent to make the addicts want only their brand.

I hope there is content regulation and lab test requirements. As far as I know the only person to have died with kratom in their system was shit loaded with other drugs. as Ron Paul said, you can't legislate intelligence or morality.

Plant medicine is amazing but I do see people taking far too much lol..r/kratom is a good place to read. ALWAYS start with a SMALL dose and work your way up. 1 tsp is 2.5 grams…so think about that when you read there.I have been taking the same dose twice a day for 6 years….5 grams total…for the entire day.

Yes, no opiod painrelief= joy. The best part is not being "drugged" and being pain free but completely functionable. I would never be able to drive or anything on opiods. The only side effect I know is IF I am laying in bed I will feel sleepy but if I'm up and about I am not. It's kind of odd.
