U.S. Immigration Targets

Immigration DOES help the US, but we should be more careful on who we recruit. Any successful business recruits the BEST staff.

The statistics here are from the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). It's an internationally administered test for 15 year-old who are about to enter the workforce or head off to college. A good idea would be to recruit from countries that score better than the US. Countries that fall below the line? Give 'em a miss.

It is the fastest way to keep the US technologically relevant and globally competitive. Poach the best. Forget the rest for immigration.
