I think a majority of the SCOTUS is fence sitting not knowing whether to believe that their families will be protected against the DS thugs. Roberts, of course, has his Irish problem. To a secure a GOP Senate and a SCOTUS Majority, muscle is going to have to be flexed to make an example out of these thugs.
