"(c) REPEAL of AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE . – The Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40) is repealed effective on the earlier of –"

(1) the day that is 395 days after the day of the enactment of this joint resolution; or

(2) the day on which the Secretary of Defense certified that all United States Armed Forces involved or military actions in Afghanistan …. have departed from Afghanistan.

NOTE: The Authorization for Use of Military Force is the law KAVANAUGH cited during the questioning by Lindsey Graham during his confirmation hearing. The section when they were discussing military tribunals, enemy combatants, etc.
