The image was a 1969 aerial surveillance photo of Semipalatinsk Airfield in the USSR.
The document containing that image was entitled Fiddler Aircraft.
On the image there was a Fiddler Aircraft legend pointing to something indistinct on the ground.
Plainly it was a reference to that 1969 Soviet long-range-interceptor aircraft for defense of the USSR's long and distant northern border, based at Semipalatinsk (nuclear test site).
