Well considering we've been told that a number of times there will not be any mass arrests all at one time etc.. why all the EAS/EBS tests? I suppose for emergency.

However, another thought, perhaps we are moving to an asset backed currency. That's not going to set off the same type of chimp out as it would going around arresting people, but the market crashing and such is big enough that people need to be alerted and told whats going on….

Perhaps that's what the difference is. The arrests will build slowly and quietly over the longer term until the final big fishes… However a financial system rest is an event that requires EBS but may not be a chimp out like mass arrests would…

What if the EBS/EAS isn't going to be for arrests, but for a financial reset? That would make sense… Q has said numerous times, they can't just arrest is mass without looking like a dictator, however a market crash and reset would still need similar emergency systems/communications…….
