Going back to what another anon pointed out, is the "WHO" meant to be World Health Org? It sounded crazy at first, but the more I've seen reports on how social media effects your health/mental state ect, it makes sense when thinking of "WHO" as simply a culling organization, systematically infecting/eliminating those "rogue" sheep (patriots) or "useless" sheep (think African village), in their quest for complete WW control.

The Corbett Report has a series called A Requiem for the Suicided that is excellent. Helps connect dots. ID the pattern/practice and it's much easier to predict what's coming or what's happening, while its happening. They don't bother learning a new Op when the old one works like a charm.
