Declas this year early makes sense more than right before next election. Itd give trump a whole year to clean up what he can, gain massive support and sweep the nations vote in 2020. If he did it next year, hed have way less time to campaign and stuff like that, that's needed. We know its people in government, the media, music, movie industries etc that are going down. We need time to calm the masses for next election.
