The evil stays in DC with the long serving fossils who have no other skills than being professional politicians and enrich themselves at the expense of the country. Term limits will ensure that we have transparency and new people with fresh ideas will uncover the rot and evil that is kept hidden by the fossils that are in the "club"
It is good to bring in new people who will expose corruption and evil.

Theory: POTUS is forcing the evil cabal to make mistakes by firing in all directions (in effective fire, but also taking out their own).
