HR420 also legalizes marijuana, allows for home grown for personal use, and is not filled with racist shit.

HR 420 does the same stuff without the racist. It cleans up the schedule 1 code stuff,makes commercial growing regulated, but does not impose penalties for personal possession or growing. This is the proper way to do it. The bill itself is short and easy to read.
