I hate saying this, but if House impeaches Trump THEN we get Trump exoneration and full DECLAS and IG Report, it looks better for Trump. The more the optics show they are going after him any way they can, the stronger his base gets. POTUS may very well get impeached… but like you said, Senate wont remove him
