If secret pardons were issues, making these public alone would destroy the MSM/DNC as they would not be able to defend against abuse of power.

The states are responsible for handling elections. Therefore i find it implausible for DHS to be able to mark and track ballots. Thus the reason we read all those reports about secret ballot rooms and shady moving of ballots everywhere.
