I forgot to add Epsom Salts Baths (unscented) are very good for muscle pain and fatigue as they provide needed minerals that help cell regeneration etc. And certain essential oils are good for pain and other ailments (I am not expert on essential oils but there are likely those in your area who could help).
PS Krill oil is 3X more effective than fish oil if you are not allergic to shell fish.
