Where does he say they (Trump WH) released it ("the report")? This is the closest I can find, but have not seen video of this Oval Office statement, if there is any:

"We have to solve the problem," Trump told reporters Wednesday. "It will ultimately get solved."
In my opinion he is just saying we need to solve the Fake News problem.
