That is not a yellow tie. The red notch in the pic is the tie, the yellow object is disembodied from POTUS.

His tie is red in the reflection. Otherwise he would be lying down taking the pic.
90 degree flip and you'll see it.
The yellow object kinda fades as it goes to the left of the image Q posted. Also looked like it was an object that was thin and out of focus compared to the profile of POTUS in the reflection.
