I agree with the assessment, and I think the pen in on the desk behond POTUS' chair and the reflection catches upper left rear PTUS shoulder and Jr sitting across the resolute desk from him. The "yellow" area is just the appearance of the light coming from the hall back there to the right of the fireplace that leads into the OO, with POTUS' shoulder/rear upper corner of his chair partially obstructing it. But it's Jr alright… or I'm reading several coincidentally "perfect" timestamps/deltas wrong. "It's bs" kek…why yes… yes it is.
