They immediately access your contacts in phone/email ect the moment you sign up. NO they do not ask permission. I specifically refused to give them my phone # bc the acct I created was for business, yet the very first people suggested as friends were people I had as clients and hadn't spoken to in 8 years. Only way to connect us was through my phone contacts.
I took pics and documented it all bc I thought about filing a lawsuit.
