It’s clear now.. with the release of vault 7, Snowden is loyal to CIA and he can take anything ie documents, emails etc and make them look like they are from a different country to a specific person. Vault 7 explained all of this. That cia was able to manipulate anything from anywhere. They needed someone like Snowden to leak the NSA info to take eyes off of CIA.. only problem is ASSANGE WAS ONE STEP AHEAD!
Assange chose Russia for Snowden .. Snowden goal was to get Assange to help then to (I assume) take control of Wikileaks from Assange
