It's all about control over us, they would use our past data against us to control us. There is no other logical reason for it, not for all that time and money spent. On top of that, they took our money to pay for it!
Well you can take some steps to limit, cover the lens on all camera's with tape, buy a cell phone with a removable battery and don't put it back in until you need to make a call (GPS tracking), don't leave your computer running 24/7. Unless you unplug and move into the wilderness you'll be subject to some level of intrusion but you also don't have to make it easy for them.
My wife and kids wanted one of those and I put my foot down, I wouldn't allow those in my home!

Q, I have to say this. I've heard it said a lot would have to remain in secret, too harsh for the public. I disagree, we are not children and if it's not brought into the light for all to see than what's to stop it from happening again? It all needs to be exposed, all of it!
