Cambodiafag here. 90% of Khmers use FB for everything not the internet. This is because of phone packages and tbh it's simple for them to use. They use if for selling, businesses etc. The quality of internet site is very poor due to poor devs. Also a .kh.com address is very expensive, esp for a 3rd world country. They rarely use anything else. Unsurprisingly Q is unknown here , and as we have a lot of Clowns or ex-Clowns in this expat community, this is also not a surprise.
I don't know the answer. They are all addicted to their phones but it is ALL Facebook. I despair
