Q is a faction, a representative. "trump" is a faction, a representative. There are other factions. Major decisions have to be passed unanimously. Everyone has to "key" in.
What is power? How is the coup structured? Internal power struggles? You wanna tear it down, great. What is going in it's place? A NWO is being built.
