No stupid… in the Constitution the the census is specifically said to be for counting all people living within the United States whether they are citizens or not. It is meant to know how each state needs to have resources appropriated to it.
When they put an obvious threat of a question as to whether you are a citizen or not when the regime is rounding up all immigrants not just criminal immigrants not just immigrants that are here undocumented but ones that are here because the US government welcomed them because their country was wracked by war or natural disaster.
They are even rounding up brown-skinned American citizens and people who have served in the military and accusing them of being illegal and threatening to deport them.
When all this is happening and then they put that question on the census it is obviously meant to keep immigrants from Counting themselves and basically making them go underground and not exist.
It is meant to cause fear and Terror. It is a terrorist move.
It is meant to keep the federal government from appropriating the resources that the states need.
