I was curious if President Trump was hinting at D.U.M.B.s when he call Rex Tillers on Dumb as a Rock and lazy as hell.
Like a D.U.M.B. In Little Rock or something.
Wasn't there some project at Denver Airport that went billions over budget and like a decade over schedule? (my memory may have exaggerated it.)
