AZ anon here. I thought the BOOM in Black Canyon City in 2015 was the aquifer collapsing from the drought. There are many aquifers that run underground, you can find maps of them, some are huge.Did they use the aquifers as their system? Is that why they wanted it to dry up? If the BOOM happened in 2015 that must mean the Plan was already in action before Trump got elected.
