it's just about not getting into it at all, ignoring that factor completely (regardless of bakerbabes/no homo etc).
try not to see it as color/genderblind male privilege but as a feminist stance - because it is: here's your chance to be considered purely for what your mind brings to the conversation.
You will find, however, that most who scream TOGTFO either don't understand it themselves or are shills using it to distract/annoy.
