Bitcoin is not "unAmerican" is is definitely anti-USgovernment which is the very definition of American.
Bitcoin is a voluntary transparent cooperative that uses the power of cryptography and electronic communications to represent a store of value for ANYONE.
It is sovereign, even against the U.S. Government. The U.S. government is violating the U.S. Constitution millions of times a day and has been since Lincoln. That's unAmerican.
Gold is also good, but in an electronic world, how do you send it in a half-second around the globe, you can't. Bitcoins amazing property is that the value is carried in the data. Today it costs 4 thousand dollars in electricity to mine a Bitcoin, so it has a stable base value in what it costs to acquire new ones (just like gold/silver) but it can be transferred in a split second.
