Other houses were demolished like Petit Chateau at 666 5th avenue NY. A couple of pictures but in B/W.
Pool of Biltmore is exactly the one in the painting, Piccinini made tiny changes like adding blue so to mask where it really is. it's added on purpose as camouflage.
