American Deserts are where Assassins are trained

U.S. Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments was established in 1994 under President Bill Clinton with Executive Order 12891. In this video, a Chris DeNicola Ebner gives testimony about Dr. Greene.

In the testimony, she says:

> "The rest of the experiments took place in Tuscon, Arizona, out in the desert. I was taught how to picklocks, be secretive, use my photographic memory, and a technique to withhold information by repeating numbers to myself. Dr. Greene moved on to wanting me to kill dolls that looked like real children."

What other kinds of assassination training take place in southwest deserts? Remember the New Mexico compound from a year ago?
