One thing you guys should know. I have worked in the mental health field. Do not trust them or tell them anything. The notes they take are kept in a computer system. It is so unprotected it is a joke. Supervisors send the link into the system to a workers home so they can work on their notes from home. Absolutely nothing, except the law and who is going to know, prevents that home worker from printing out your mental health notes and passing them to someone else.

It is completely subjective. Completely. And, trust me, much of it is based on whether they like you or not. They are often just complaining about their ex wife or mother and using you as a proxy to take their own problems out on. You would not believe how they talk about patients behind closed doors. They are really no different from high school gossips, in many cases.
