>>5554288 (pb) - was in notables quoting the last part of the article about the Denver Airport that Q cited … relating to a comet …
The article says the comet missed us by 22 miles. It was actually 22 million miles. Addressing that typo, so anons understand the comet was a long way from Earth.

For perspective: The actual distance was about 20% of the distance to the Sun, or about halfway to Venus when that planet makes its closest approach. This was not even close to a near-miss. It's just a comet that passed through the inner solar system, like so many other comets. Not significant.
In contrast, it makes no sense for a comet to miss by "22 miles". If a comet "missed" the ground by 22 miles, that would count as a hit because that's below the altitude that meteors glow when they hit the atmosphere. And there's no "this is a hit, that's not" threshold in the upper atmosphere precise enough for a measurement to the mile to even make sense. That's a tip-off showing the typo.
Since anons may not have a sense of astronomical distances, clarity about that typo in the article might help prevent accidental slides. The comet did not pass close to Earth.
