(Also I included retweets by Trump, any activity on the account that pushed out a timestamped tweet, so depending on criteria that might be a factor)

I agree that one I spot checked doesn't show where expected, when looking at the user interface from the archive website. I wonder if there might be a time zone weirdness thing happening when using their CSV report (which was my source). I'll dig deeper on this.

I'm looking at the most recent zero-delta on my report as an example:

Going to the archvie and doing a CSV report for that period, I see the tweet listed (screencap highlight). But when I look at the normal GUI report, nothing at that time.
I found the tweet at a few hours different. So yes, this is a timezone issue - the archive's website and CSV are using different time zones!
Not sure of next steps, but that's the error.
