It is down South. We call it Indian Summer. Times in Feb/Mar when it can go from 20 degrees one week to 75 degrees the next. Thunderstorms and tornadoes common when that happens.
One Christmas in Georgia, I played football in shorts with 75 degree weather outside. The next Christmas, it was 18 degrees and foggy.
