If this is a military operation planned with precision for many years, then Mueller is a ruse. The Democrats have woken up to this fact, and are in a panic. Mueller and RR were turned early on with a simple "get out of jail free card" only POTUS could offer, for their part in the play. An operation with this many moving parts would not have left these rogue players on the table without controls. Game Theory indeed!
