Welfare lol. I'm a white guy so it's never been available to me. I remember when I was trying to go to school for engineering and went in for food stamps, walked in with all my information and proof of a full time load of science classes, rent costs etc
The lady left and came back looking sad, and literally leaned in an whispered to me " I hate this part of my job, but they declined you…you're the most deserving of help of anyone who has walked in here today, but they want to give all the money away to people who aren't doing anythong"
