What Q is trying to tell us very explicitly is that China was the real recipient of the secret information. Now if you put the latest Q drop about how China is replicating Facebook and other surveillance platform to emulate what the NSA was already doing then it all make sens. The Chinese could not have kept Snowden. It would have been way too obvious to all that they where the recipient of the secret info.

Why did the Chinese send this Snowden "hot potatoes" to the Rusky? Simple to poison relation with the USA even more. I'm a geopolitical geek. And it is very, very obvious that the Cabal have done everything possible to poison the relation with Russia and the west. We have seen in the last 3 years an intensification in all kind of provocation to get the Russian to react. The Russian Collusion fantasy is also a very good way to prevent any possible collaboration between those two world power. Imagine how easy it would be to solve the Syian and Ukrainian crisis without all this bullshit!
Remember anon that the Russian are competitor. This week alone the Turk just sign the deal for Brand new S-400 system and the Indian just sign for the acquisition of a nuclear Submarine! They are also competitor in other domain like agricultural good.
In Conclusion Sending Snowden to Russia is just a small cog in this narrative to poison relation between the US and Russia.
