This is an example of why these rags are biased and intended to “cloud our diamond” Pres. Trump. The headline asks a question. The “story” goes on speculating whether Potus is playing politics with FEMA relief efforts. The “facts” are the opinions of a former Obama official ( totally unbiased of course) who goes on to compare past disasters and then admits that there is MO way of really knowing the truth!

I don’t know what purpose this story is except to sling another arrow at Potus.
