Some Anons here have suggested they believe Mueller’s report might be dropped today. Okay, but if dropped today what might be the conclusions of Mueller's Report and what possible indictments be included? With dozens of Q drops we have seen crumb after crumb making us aware that both [RR] & Mueller are GreyHats working with POTUS/Q. Most of us believe that both men are scumbag traitors and that’s fine. But urge you not to let that fact prevent you from considering the possibility that both have been turned from “dark to light” and both are now "patriots in control". The problem we have in predicting the contents of and possible indictments issued with Mueller’s Report is that if Mueller followed his original mandates to investigate Russian influence on the 2016 elections to where ever those investigations might lead him, Mueller would have no choice but to indict all DS actors involved in the FISA abuse scandals including [HRC] & [BO]. Assuming both Mr. Rosenstein and Mueller are GreyHats we have to consider the possibility that POTUS/Q tasked [RR], with his rewrite of Mueller's mandate, to exclude all DS actors from Mueller’s indictments. Why? Because DC is not the place to [execute] those indictments. Far better it would be for Mueller to hand those indictments over to Huber working in cooperation with IG Horowitz. All three men (Mueller, Huber & Horowitz) might likely be cooperating in these investigations. If true this could explain why Q said that the OIG report would be released shortly after Mueller's report and we would understand why after Mueller’s report dropped. However, we probably shouldn't expect the Horowitz’s OIG report to include those indictments either. But we might conclude that both reports will lay the foundations for public acceptance of Huber's indictments following either in conjunction with or shortly after the IG report.

Respectfully, Anon, your conclusions about Mueller delaying things as long as he can are only valid if Mueller AND [RR] are presently acting agents of the DS. If you believe that you obviously haven't been paying attention. It is far more likely that both are GreyHats working with POTUS/Q and assuming that's true Mueller's Report will be dropped whenever POTUS/Q want it to drop. Perhaps tomorrow, next week or never… no psychicfagging from me. I'm just outlining the possibilities most likely.

1.Mueller and [RR] are GreyHats working with POTUS/Q.

1. Mueller Report if dropped today won't include indictments of DS actors. Why?

2. Because [RR]'s rewrite of Mueller's mandate likely excluded Mueller's ability to indict Deep State actors. Why?

3. Because any Mueller indictments would necessarily be [executed] in DC and we know Huber (UT) will be issuing the bulk of those indictments because DC jury pools lean heavily towards acquittal.

4. Look for OIJ Report in cooperation with Huber to [execute] the Lion's Share of those indictments.
