You know what’s funny about these underground tunnels and DUMBs?
They’re all under or very near mountains.
And since some of the Vault 7 spyware are called:
Angelfire, Keystone, Wolfcreek
I imagine some of their HQs are underneath these mountains in DUMBs
Ironically , related or not, they follow similar patterns as the big and Little Dipper constellations.
